FCI is owned and run by its senior executives and is fully independent. We, therefore, concentrate on providing the right solution for each client, rather than selling a pre-designed product. Our experienced team works with the senior management and shareholders of private as well as public companies, and advises on the right course of action, whether it be, for example, a private equity fundraising, a sale of the business, a flotation, or a strategic acquisition.
